You know exactly what to do yet just can’t seem to do it.  Have you tried over and over again to get healthy but somehow always end up back at square one? Here’s a little of what your health and vitality coaching would be like:


  • Setting a specific goal – learning what you really want as opposed to just knowing what you don’t want.  It sounds simple but how many of us really know exactly what we want and the resources needed to get it?
  • Learning what is important to you and why it is important to you and the effect this has on any goals you set yourself.
  • Discovering the negative emotions and beliefs, often hidden away, that are stopping you from making changes.
  • Working to clear those negative thoughts to feel positive and motivated.
  • Learning techniques to cope with the day to day stresses that might overwhelm and derail us.


Initially, your coaching would be a set of four hours, each session lasting two hours.  However, as we know everyone is different and has different needs and the number of hours required varies from person to person.  For some people, four hours may be enough to do quick change work, for others it may be more complex.  During our coaching, I will also be available to you via email for any questions or worries you may have.
